Compliance training for compliance teams
Kenyan compliance teams face more new rules in 2026 than in any recent year. This course teaches the core of a working compliance function: obligations registers, compliance risk assessment, monitoring and testing, regulatory change and reporting.
Based in Nairobi, we work with organisations in Kenya, across East Africa and worldwide.

What regulators and standards expect
Regulators expect an independent, properly resourced compliance function. The course is built around these expectations.
| Rule or standard | What it requires | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Sector compliance function requirements (CBK, IRA, CMA, SASRA) | An independent compliance function with a clear mandate, reporting to the board. | Regulated institutions |
| ISO 37301 | The international standard for compliance management systems. | Any organisation |
| ISO 37001:2025 | Anti-bribery management systems, adding culture and conflicts of interest. | Organisations seeking certification |
